Coaching allows me the opportunity to guide and mentor these young men, building relationships for a lifetime. This game is filled with life lessons and is unique in that failure is a driving force to success. Perseverance, resilience, and intelligence are prevalent characteristics one must have to be successful in this sport. I strive to fulfill their minds with a psychological approach, which will ultimately lead them to a successful life after baseball as well.
Married to my wife, Michelle, for 31 years. We reside on the island of Maui, Hawaii and have 2 children, our oldest, Krista, who just graduated from college in San Diego, and Adam, who presently attends college and plays baseball in California.
